I just wanted to send you a little note to tell you how much I appreciate all that you have done for me. As I mentioned before, my CD-R/W drive was failing intermittently and before I discovered the problem, my backup CD became unreadable.

I found your MCD Data Recovery website and sent you an email asking for help. From the start you were very courteous, answering all my questions clearly and concisely, and actually making me feel like there might be some hope, after all. I immediately sent you the disc.

I was very impressed by the professional way you worked with me, explaining what you were doing, and keeping me informed of your progress with timely updates. And then finally, you sent me the best news of all. You had done it.

When I checked the CD you sent back to me, virtually all the data was there. You're a good man, Mike. The world needs more people like you.
