Have you ever had a floppy which suddenly became unreadable and you really need the data? We can help recover the data by using a program which bypasses the operating system to access the floppy directly. Don't forget to write-protect the floppy at the first sign of trouble! Perhaps you deleted a number of files, a partition or re-formatted your hard drive - and want it all back? We can help. We have the tools to help recover the data on your hard drive - or your CDR or CD-RW CDROM or DVD-ROM. Mind you, it is a little late if you have over-written the drive with new data. Then we need to use indepth data recovery. Depending on the circumstances, the data may not be recoverable. Dos and Windows flavors are supported. Other operating systems can be imaged.

Please note that data recovery from a medium experiencing hard sector errors is possible. However, the data may not be complete. That is, files may have random bytes of junk data or whole sectors may be missing. Especially sensitive to data errors are any binary file, whether programs or MS Office documents and the like. We will do our best to get your files back. However, YOU may need to run the retrieved files through a program which fixes corrupt document files, especially Word DOC files or Excel XLS files and so on. If we do it, the cost goes up accordingly.

If the File Allocation Table and root directory cannot be recovered due to unrecoverable errors then the data is recovered by scanning the media. If fragmentation is an issue then not all the data will be complete. That is, some parts of a file could be missing. We recover files; then it is up to you.

Don't despair, bring or send the cd, hard drive or floppy to us.

We have had terrific success with CDR and CD-RW media and only charge $75.00 to recover files from such media. The recovered files are burned to a new CDR.
