Frank Leonard and the CRD are hell bent on destroying the hospitality industry with their punitive and unreasonable anti-smoking bylaw. They believe that:

• 80 year old Grandmothers should receive threatening "snitch" letters telling them that they may have to pay a $2,000 fine
• It's OK for the Smoke Police to stalk people to their homes to issue tickets
• Our Canadian War Vets should stand outside in the winter, not in their homes
• The closing of the Java Hut is "not their problem"
• Losing hospitality jobs and revenues won't hurt the local economy
• Single working moms can have their hours reduced and it won't hurt them

The anti-smoking bylaw didn't work. To make matters worse, they now say that hospitality managers should be responsible for policing this outrageous bylaw.

Enough is Enough.
